As the designated customer service manager, my tasks include playing with every customer in the store and giving them hugs and kisses if they want. I also make sure to entertain them while they get their purchase done.

I may be all bark, but I spend my days monitoring the customer base to keep an eye on everyone who comes in and goes out of the store.

Everyone wants to pick me up due to my size, so it makes me hesitant to go near the people.

If I happen to come close to you, please keep me on the floor as it can be overwhelming for me to be held by so many strangers all day long.

I'm also a bit shy and tend to back away when customers try to pet me but over time, I always warm up once I realize that you just want to say hi.
